Privacy policy for the Moria app
Last updated: 24 October 2026
The app does not collect personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app itself sends nothing to a server.
Location. If you allow it, the app uses your location to work out when the sun sets where you are, which decides when the sabbath and the appointed times begin for you. Your location is used on your device only and is neither stored nor sent anywhere. You can switch it off at any time in the iPhone settings; the app then uses your device’s time zone.
Notifications. Alarms for the sabbath and appointed times are scheduled on your device (local notifications). There is no push service and no data is shared.
Settings. Your choices (language, with or without the New Testament, calendar, alarms) are stored on your device only.
Links. A link to wernervorstman.nl opens in your browser. That website has its own privacy statement.
